Repeat an entire Field Group

Very broad question: is is possible to Repeat an entire Field Group?

Suppose I have a Field Group called News Items; in it are Fields like Date, Category, Summary, Link. I can enter all the data for a single News Item in the post editor and publish it. But how can I be able to add multiple News Items in one post?

I can see how to add repeater fields for items in within that group, like Links. But how do I repeat and entire Field Group in ACF so I can I can “Add Group” like one can “Add Row” for an item? Would this be a “Nested” repeater?

Hi @markratledge

I believe the best way to do it is by using the repeater field as the parent of the other fields. And yes, this is called a nested repeater if you have another repeater field inside it. Another method would be by using the clone field. But I suggest you use the repeater field if you can because there are some limitations with the clone field.
