Render field instructions in a div instead of a paragraph

The acf_render_field_instructions function hard codes a paragraph tag around the instructions. It would be nice if this were a div instead, so it could properly contain any HTML you use in writing longer instructions. I’m trying to use the ACF Tooltip plugin to clean up some long image/video specifications, but it doesn’t work, since you can’t have lists or other paragraphs inside paragraphs.
