Remove 1 (or a few) options in a checkbox live filter

Is it possible to remove 1 or a few options in filter.

Example:
I have a page which shows a filter with every continent, but I want to remove “North America”

Page
[]Europe
[]Africa
[]North America
[]…

– Post 1
– Post 2
– Post …

I need it be:
[]Europe
[]Africa
[]Asia
[]…
