Hi,
I have a relationship field inside a repeater field. Everything is working good in the frontend and as intended.
The issue comes in the backend since the relationship field is searching through a long list of post is slow, plus it’s search every time the fields is repeated.
I already tried to limit the given results of the search to two, but it’s not resolutive.
I think a good workaround would be to start the search only when you send the search input and not on load. This would prevent having many searches running at the same time.
Is it possible?
There is currently, at least not that I am aware of, a way to do this in ACF.

Sorry for my confusing comment. No, there isn’t a way to alter the behavior of this field. At least none that I am aware of.
