Relationship filter by taxonomies (not Post Type)

Hello,

I’m already installed ACF on my WP and works very well. But I have a problem with it. I have a Custom field set looks like this:

My problem is that all of my Post Type is named product because of WooCommerce, so these filters worth nothing for me:

It would be awesome if I could change the filter page to filter by Taxonomies and not Post Type but not sure how to do that. I couldn’t make any good function.php or can’t change the relationship.php on the plugin to make it work.

Is there any way to make the filter work with Taxonomies and not the Post Type?
