Pro licence included on 3rd premium seller

Here is the deal.
I have a premium plugin with acf. If the buyer wants to use my plugin on his premium plugin is it possible or he need to buy another licence of acf ?
If it’s not possible with licence version I need to use ? GPL 2+ is ok ?

plugin in a plugin in a plugin… I assume that you are updating ACF and providing updates to your premium plugin. If not then whoever wants to include ACF needs to purchase their own license for ACF.
