Prevent ACF Block from being used as an inner block?

Is it possible to prevent an ACF block from being used as an inner block inside core blocks like columns etc? I have some blocks that are meant to be full width and don’t work inside of these other layouts, but I can’t find a way to restrict that. I’m using the block.json format.
