Prepopulate Relationship Field with existing Taxonomy?

I suppose I could ask support but I’m hoping this is something easy that I’m just overlooking and hope the community can help. I’m rearchitecting a site to use ACF to replace defunct plugin. My question is about prepopulating the ACF relationship field so I don’t need to manually update dozens of posts.

The site is for a law firm so for each blog post “attorneys” and “related practice areas” have already been selected using custom taxonomies. What I need to do is move all that information into an ACF Relationship field. Is there any way to do that easily?
