PDF upload not showing a preview image (jpeg)

Hello,

Recently our pdf upload tool stopped creating jpeg preview images.
Is it a Imagemagick issue?
Can anyone help?

Strange thing is:
1. On our development server it works fine. Ubuntu server with imagemagick 6.6.9-7
2. On the production server it stopped working. CentOS with imagemagick 6.8.0.7

Hi,

I assume you mean the file field in ACF.. From what I know the file field has never supported automatically creating an preview image. The image field does however but that is for images only.

We seemed to have fixed it by changing the preview image from JPEG to PNG :-S
