Pass values from post page to thank you page

Hi There,

I have campaign page, in that i have a form. After submitting form i’m redirecting user to a thank you page. So now what i want is

In thank you page i want to display field value of one of the field from which user submitted the form.

Can any one help me in solving this.

Note: I’m not using the plugin. I’m manually creating the fields with code.
