Options page – select taxonomy and output custom field

Hello,

I have an options page with a repeater that includes a:
– custom field to select a category from a taxonomy
– custom field with a Wysiwyg editor

I would like to output the Wysiwyg editor ONLY when you are viewing the selected category.
Is that possible? If so, how? Would I need to output this in a regular WP loop (wp_query) or is there another way?
