Optimisation SQL : Get_field or Get_fields ?

Hi,

I want to optimize the number of SQL requests for my site, so I want to know what’s the best solution to display a list of ACF fields:
– A get_field by field
– A get_fields and browse the returned array

I ask this particular question for the home page of my site that will recover a lot of ACF and sometimes even other pages.
