Only get children in postobject field results

I’m using a postobject field to get hierarchical posts.

At the moment i see everything in my results, like this:

Parent
– Child 1
— Child 1.1

I’d like only to show the “first row of childs”. So, items with a single ‘-‘.

Using acf pro 5.3.1

Can you give me more information. How are you getting the hierarchical posts?
