No custom field on category edit page

Hello,

I’m struggling to add custom image field on category edit page.

All other plugins are deactivated.

Below are screenshots with my settings for this field:

The field is not showing up there.

Please help!

Your location rules should be

Taxonomy Term is equal to category AND
Post Category is not equal to World News
