My custom field only work in s special page

In my homepage I have 4 link to social medias. I create a custom field to change the url’s from the panel not from the source code. I set the rules “page == homepage”. It works but when I visit my website’s homepage and go to another page, all url’s disappears. Url’s only show in homepage. I want to help me how to create a custom field that shows in almost any page, post and custom post types. and the setting field only shows in homepage page in wordpress panel.
