Multisite – populate taxanomy from another blog

Problem. Have a multisite setup. I want to create a user post submit form. The form is on the user site. The form has taxonomies controlled by the main blog 1. I want to populate the user form with the taxonomy terms from main blog 1.

In short, populate a user post taxonomy field with the terms from another blog.
