"Minimum Rows" and "Maximum Rows" are not applied

Hi, I have some issues with updating of ACF plugin from 4th to 5th version. When I updated plugin and migrated DB, I noticed that values for “Minimum Rows” and “Maximum Rows” are not applied for corresponding field settings. Initially values were set to “1” for both fieds.
