Linking options page input to custom post types

Hello.

As the title describe i want to achieve a situation where I’m able to link one field of the options page to a drop down in a custom post type i order for me to be able to choose a “Editor” (options page) that is linked to the specific post.

Is it possible to achieve this?
How would I go about making it happen?
