Link to all fields

Hi

In WordPress we have default links like:
domain.com/category/name_of_category – to show all post from ‘name_of_category’ category

or
domain.com/tag/name_of_tag – to show all post with ‘name_of_tag’ tag.

I would like to make link to show all post with assigned field with specific value
Something like:
domain.com/field_name/field_value

How to do that?
