Link Option in Toolbar

I am building a custom image block using ACF. I have the block.json built and it works until I try to add the href attribute. Then I get the block isn’t supported message.

What I’m trying to do is add the link option in the block toolbar in order to link the image to a url.

Any help would be appreciated.
