Is it possible hiding a form after a submission using acf_form()?

Hi to support!

I am using acf_form() for a front end submission.
It works fine, but I wanna hide a form after a submission and show Thanks message.

seeming like no options for it,
but is there any way to do it?
Should I simply check “updated” param in URI and skip acf_form() to work?

I believe your approach should work just fine by checking the updated parameter.
