How to use custom field for post title?

Hello,
Sorry I am very new to this.

I am using this theme: http://themes.themegoods.com/grandtour/demo/

I would like to be able to have a custom post title. Is there a way to make the current post title display none, and override with ACF?

For example: I want to keep my title as Paris for the thumbnail, but use ACF to have a more detailed and longer post title like The Best Places to Visit in Paris.

If I make my title, “The Best Places to Visit in Paris”, currently, it will change the thumbnail to have the same title and it’s a bit long.

When I see screen options, I don’t see a way to enable custom fields
