How to use acf fields coded into theme on front end editor/form

Hello,

How would i call fields to a front end form that has fields installed into a theme. What I want to do is allow my user to post from the front end. I purchases a theme, and it uses acf, but it has the option page disabled. I went to the function page, and enabled the options page, but when i go to save a new field group it saves but doesn’t show the new group in the options page. I prefer to just call the fields from the theme because there are a lot of groups in this theme. Can you please assist.

I have several versions of acf ,and i have the individual premiums versions too.

acf_form() lets you put forms on the front end of the site. http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/acf_form/
