how to show acf submission form fields in a table

Hi, I’ve just started using the Acf plugin and I wanted to know if anyone can give me some advice regarding the question in subject, i.e. is there a way to display the fields of a submission form in a frontend table? Is it possible to create the table in HTML and just put the submission fields shortcodes ? Or alternatively in PHP?

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, but as far as I understand this would help me to show the value of the inserted fields while I need to visualize the fields of a form to insert the data.
The HTML I do by myself, I would like to understand if there are any shortcodes A (even in more HP) to show the fields where the user will have to enter the data.

Actually I need to insert a data entry field horizontally with its label next to it, description, file upload date and a green tick if the file is the correct format… Something like this..

I would really appreciate it if you could give me some suggestions as I have never used this plugin before
