How to generate multiple unordered lists based on radio button field?

I have a repeater field with 3 sub-fields. One of the sub-fields is a radio button field which has categories of map locations. What I would like to do is generate 4 unordered lists using the 4 radio button options so that each list only contains li elements from the selected category. So I would have 4 lists(retail,entertainment,information,nightlife) on the front-end and then under each ul would be li that are tagged with that category.

Is this possible?
