How to display the field group

Seriously, how to displa those custom fields i just created? I have 8 fields set up in one group but i dont know how to display it. When making a new post, i filled every field i have set. But where to put that code if i want to display it? I tried to use the [acf field="{$field_name}"] , but it didnt work, or am i putting it in wrong place?

Usually i was just putting those shortcodes into the post text area.
