How can I change the values shown in the relationship control?

Hi folks!.
I was wondering if I can manage the data displayed in the list.. because, as I am using custom fields, the post_type title is being setup automatically to a default value, but it is useless because all the posts have the same text in every line (“Borrador Automatico” in Spanish).
I would like to use some custom field instead.
Any Idea?
