Hierarchical Custom Posts

Hi,

I enabled the Hierarchical option for a Custom Post Type.
(“Hierarchical post types can have descendants (like pages).”)

I was expecting to be able to specify a parent for a post of the CPT (like in pages), but such an option doesn’t appear.
What am I missing?

I’d like to have something like

– mypost-1
— mypost-2
— mypost-3

Turn on => Advanced Settings => General => Supports => Page Attributes
