Hide Location Box when Field Group is Inactive

As the title says. If a field group is set as inactive then the location meta box should not be shown.

This may seem like a small issue, and I agree it is. It just helps clarify that a group is not actually shown anywhere.

I create multiple field groups that are not meant to be shown anywhere and are only created in order to be cloned into to other groups. So having them set to inactive is necessary.

A long with this maybe being able to make a group set as “Clonable” only might be a good thing.
