Heading visible only if field/s are populated?

Hi,
Novice ACF user.

• I have a site with 7 field groups – each with multiple fields.
• The fields MAY or MAY NOT be filled based on available information.
• If any of the fields are filled – I would like a Field Group Heading to be visible.
• If no fields are filled – I would like the Field Group Heading to NOT be visible.
• I can hard-code the headings in the template – but then they are there whether they contain information or not. Which is not optimal.

I have no idea how to approach this. If anyone could provide some help – I would appreciate it. Thank you very much.
