Solving

get_fields() doesn't allow disabling of wpautop.

  • Using get_fields() to get a large number of custom fields (30 or so) attached to a custom post type.

Some of these fields are wysiwyg fields, and so are being filtered through wpautop, which is not what we want.

I realise I can pass a false as the 3rd parameter to get_field() to disable wpautop, but this can’t be done for get_fields(). Any chance of doing this?

My workaround is to use get_fields as normal, and then get_field() the individual fields I need to disable wpautop for – not ideal, but should work

  • Thanks for the feedback, I’ll look into adding in the 4rd param for get_fields
