Get taxonomy image in index

hi,

i’m creat Field name: catimg – Field Type: Image

In Rules: Show this field group if : taxonomy term is equal to Category

And in Categories(id=4) add image to Field catimg

Now in index.php

How to echo image by categories(id=4)
