Redirect back to edit on frontend post

To get around cross origin stuff (I’m trying to pull an image from a video) – I first need to upload the video.

Is it possible, with ACF – to make a frontend post containing the video – and then redirect the user back to the same edit page, this time with the video loaded – so that the capture stuff can be done?
