Front-end checkbox field editing form

Hello!
I have a special page for my subscribers to edit their personal info. There are many fields that were created using Advanced Custom Fields for every wordpress user. Like Address, Bio, etc…

Is it possible to create a front-end form to edit a single checkbox ACF field? A field and a button to save changes.

It would be great if you could do it using shortcodes. Or i guess PHP but I will have to call this form on a certain position on my page.
