Flexible Content 'Add Row' button not working

Hello,
I have added some flexible content for a page.
The flexible content field is showing, however when I click on ‘Add Row’, nothing is happening.

The only thing I get is a tooltip with the Custom Field Name.

Is anyone able to help me in the right direction?

It seems, that if you hover on the tool tip, and click on it, a new row is created.

Hope this helps anyone out in the future.
