Filter Post Objects on wp-admin based on another field

Hello.
I have three custom post types “Sports”,”Teams” and “Championships” and I relate all with ACF Pro Post Objects.

What I want, is when I add a new post, I would like to select a related “Sports” (with Post Object) and then two related Teams. But I want to display only the teams that have relation with sport, not all teams. Any ideas?
