Field groups are repeated twice? How?

I have a field group group setup for our homepage, but for some reason the groups are repeated twice when I edit the page. These fields are exact replicas. If I save content to the second instance, it shows up on the first instance after I save the page. I have never seen this and have been unable to track down how to fix it. You can see screenshots of the edit page and the field group below. I would appreciate any help.
