Field data not accessible in back-end

  • We’re stepping in to help with a website that already has ACF PRO installed and configured.

    WP 4.9.9
    ACF 5.7.9

    The site has a custom field group containing two fields attached to a custom post type. The two fields are configured as a repeater.

    The custom fields are displaying on the site correctly, but when we attempt to edit the post they are linked to, there’s nothing showing in the Options pane of the post edit window. Is this a common problem? Any known compatibility problems that might be causing this?
