embed video from media library

Hello!
I am having a difficult time figuring out the easiest way to use ACF for a video. I have tried oembed, but my videos always come in with play bars and buttons etc, in an iframe or some other issue that conflicts with the design of the website. (vimeo). This is for a css background cover video – so the css makes it full viewport, no controls.
Is there an easy way to do this with ACF Pro?
