With latest update and Gutenberg beta plugin duplicating field groups does the following:
– Duplicates field group with exact same name – no (Copy) added to field group name as ACF normally does – and lists the group as “Inactive” with a yellow circle and minus icon.
– Editing this new field group shows the group as blank (none of the content from the field group you are copying from is duplicated)
Turning off the Gutenberg plug-in fixes this.
Issues w/gutenberg should either be reported to the developer by opening a support ticket https://support.advancedcustomfields.com/new-ticket/ or they can be added here https://github.com/elliotcondon/acf/issues/622
Hi, i have the same issue with no gutemberg plugin installed. We are a newspaper with a group Post Fields duplicated. I don’t know how to fix it. With 5.8.1 versión and Wp 5.03.
