Double tap repeater field on iOS

Hi,

A client of mine is inputting information on his iPad. To change an input (text) in a repeater field, he needs to tap the field twice. Can we change this behaviour, so the input gets focussed with only one tap, in the same way when you tap a text input outside a repeater?
