Hi everyone,
I’m taking my first steps with ACF and I have a problem that I can’t solve. I’ve been trying to find a solution in forum posts and online but can’t figure it out.
The fact: I created a group with 4 fields that adds to the wp backend on the site’s various users page.
I have to populate these fields with some information that only I can add by hand (we are a school).
The fields populated when I go to save the profile in which I have updated the data are empty and not saved.
On my staging site I have done all the possible tests and everything works perfectly while in the copy of the site that is online the data is stored only in some user profiles and not in others.
– I tried duplicating the group, I tried changing the rules, I tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin without success
Please give me a suggestion to understand how to move and what to do.
