Customize/Build Options Page in Elementor

Hello.

Id like to Use Elementor to create a custom page that mirrors the fields and functionalities of the ACF options page.

IE, instead of using the options page functioality in my ACF Pro, I want a custom page that I can design that serves the same purpose ( update field groups, etc). ive looked online and got nowhere.
