This is a fantastic plugin but the one aspect which to me seems missing is the ability to easily manage custom post types with a user interface.
If this was added I feel that it would be part of the premium feature set.

There is already a plugin by the name us used for your title. well, almost exactly. https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/ is the plugin I use for managing custom post types.
I quite like the fact that ACF is focused on only custom fields and the plugin above focuses only on custom post types and taxonomies. Unlike other plugins that try mix them and in the process do neither as well.
