custom location rule based on ancestor term

I need help setting up a Location Rules setting for where to add a field group.

I have a site that has a custom post type called “product” and this CPT has an associated custom taxonomy called “product-type”. Product Type is hierarchical.

What I need to do is apply a field group to a product-type or any of its descendants, without knowing what those descendants will be.

Can you give me some pointers on how I can build this rule?
