Create clickable list of users who have filled out a form

i’ve got an ACF form successfully working … now i’m needing for an admin to be able to go to a WordPress admin page to see a list of which users have filled out that form and to be able to click on their link and see the front end display of what they have filled out. I know there are likely many ways of doing this, i’m looking for a down and dirty way of getting this done. thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
