Convert custom fields to acf custom fields

Hi!

I’m looking to convert regular repeater custom fields to ACF Repeters. Couple of years ago I used Option Tree (https://wordpress.org/plugins/option-tree/) which they are created in as “list-item”.

How do I convert these to ACF Repeaters? After some investigation they appear to be serialized fields.
