Connecting multiple post-types using a front-end form

Any idea how to link 3 different post types together to create a single DB recrod?

Ex: CPTs – Deals, Packages, Contacts

I want to connect the posts like this:

Deals => Packages => Contacts

Then use a form that displays field groups for Deals, Packages, Contacts to collect data. So a user uses this flow:

Step 1: Create a new Deal
Step 2: Create a new Package, then assign it to a specific deal
Step 3: Create a new Contact, then assign them to the Deal

Any ideas? thx!
