Conflict with Foundation 5 topbar

I’m building a theme that uses Zurb Foundation 5 and am using the topbar menu. The drop down menus have stopped working properly and don’t appear on hover anymore, I turned off all the plugins then went through them all to find out that ACF appears to be causing issues.

The theme deregisters WordPress’ jQuery and registers 2.1.3.min.js. It works fine when ACF is turned off.

Does anyone know what could be causing the issue?
