I tried to create a banner block using ACF(v5.8 beta4) which uses a background image.
If the user does not set an image, I would like to display a dropdown menu to choose a style.
I created the condition, but it only shows my style options after I add and remove the image again.
I set the location of my field group to show if “Block equals MyACFBannerBlock”.
I tried to set the location of my field group to show if “PostType equals MyPostType”, which surprisingly works.
If anybody knows if this is a bug or knows anything else about this, please let me know.
tl;dr
I noticed that when creating a condition to show a field if an image field “has no value” will only work after adding and removing an image.
